By registering for a Learn With Sawan workshop, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this website, subject to applicable Indian law.
Registration and payment
Provide accurate contact information and check the session date, price and inclusions before paying. The checkout total is the amount payable. Your registration is confirmed after successful payment. Workshop fees are non-refundable, subject to statutory rights and the Refund Policy.
Workshop participation
Workshops are educational sessions delivered online. You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and timely attendance. Recording access is included only when expressly stated in your registration offer. If a session must be changed, we will communicate the revised arrangements using your registration contact details.
No guaranteed outcome
We do not guarantee income, views, followers or monetisation approval. Facebook's policies and eligibility requirements may change. You remain responsible for following Meta's rules and respecting copyright, permissions and other applicable laws. Do not upload third-party content without appropriate rights.
Workshop materials
Materials are provided for your personal learning. Do not redistribute, sell or publicly share workshop recordings or materials without permission. Participate respectfully; disruptive or unlawful behaviour may result in removal, subject to applicable rights.
Third-party services and legal rights
Checkout, payment providers, Zoom, Facebook and WhatsApp operate independently. We cannot guarantee their availability or decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Indian law; disputes are subject to applicable legal and consumer forums.
